How you can help us now

Please consider supporting some of the current local service projects we are working on.

Duffel Bags/Backpacks/Large reusable Shopping Bags

When many women come to Passage House at Pinnacle Community Services, they come to the shelter with everything they have in a plastic bag.  When they leave and need something to put the items they have accumulated at the shelter, again all that is available are more plastic bags; our club would like change this. We believe that these women who have made the courageous decision to make a change in their lives should not have to put their belonging back into a plastic/garbage bag. Please help us as we collect Duffel Bags, Backpacks and reusable shopping bags.  They do not have to be new but should be in decent condition.

Bags can be given to any club member or you can email us and we can arrange to pick them up.

Thanks for your support.

Hygiene Kits

Our club assembled over 50 kits which we donated to local organizations that support women and children in March 2019. Thanks for all your support.

THANK YOU FOR STANDING WITH WOMEN AND GIRLS!

When many women come to Passage House at Pinnacle Community Services, they come to the shelter with everything they have in a plastic bag.  When they leave and need something to put the items they have accumulated at the shelter, again all that is available are more plastic bags.  They would like donations of duffel bags and backpacks. Suitcases are too bulky.  Angie also suggested them those large reusable shopping bags you can buy at TJ Max or Marshalls for a couple dollars depending on the store. They are roomy, easy to store and are attractive.  These ladies and children have enough ugly stuff in their live without putting their belongings in a plastic garbage bag.   Bags can be donated by members, friends, or by various stores.  Duffle bags and backpacks do not have to be new but should be in decent condition.
